I am growing into a new person. I am pursuing fitness, health, and happiness. I vow to commit to myself and my goals. I have a few goals:
1. Hula Hoop everyday
2. Go running every other day
3. Go to yoga two or three times per week
4. Do a home yoga practice every day
5. Cut out bread, cheese, and fried foods
6. Eat more raw fruits and vegetables
7. Drink Clean Water
8. Make feather earrings
9. Make all these goals into a vision board that I look at everyday
10. Record what I eat and how I feel about it
11. Record all my workouts
12. Go outside for walks, runs, and hiking
13. Make hula hoops
14. Simplify my life
15. Practice teaching yoga/hoop/
